I am in the process of putting together a Power Point Presentation to present to commercial real-estate agents and property managers to show them how to increase the values of their commercial properties by retrofitting to LED lighting. With financing programs like PACE (Public Assessed Clean Energy) and others it won’t cost them anything out of pocket for labor and materials and they will experience the monthly savings right away because the finance cost plus the new lower electric bill will be less than their current electric bill. I have over 60 LED Lighting manufacturers to offer, everything from tube lights, canopy lighting, wall-packs, high-bays, area lighting, accent lighting, RGB capable washes and floodlights to video walls. The time is about to change and that is when it gets darker earlier and lighting seems to be more important. I am ready.
